Level 1 Training (Fundamental)

1 Hour (4 credits):

A brief orientation within the MasterMine reporting environment, covering the basic skills you need to create standard reports on-the-fly or from templates. Includes overview of report sharing and online support resources.

All active and prospective users in your organization are welcome to attend.

Level 2 Training (Basic):

2 Hours (8 credits):

At your own pace, using your own database, this course gives you the basic skills necessary to create, modify, and actively use basic reports from MasterMine templates. Includes disussion of your firm's specific requirements in light of what is revealed creating sample reports from your data. Recommended for all users.

Level 3 Training (Advanced)

2 Hours (8 credits):

Further 1-on-1 development for more active users and report designers. Advanced formatting, query-level changes, and some data management topics are covered.

More self-directed than basic training, this course is driven by the specific needs of the individual client.

Users should repeat "advanced training" at least once per year to keep current and help cover various new reporting challenges as they arise.

Open Training

1.5 hours (6 credits)

You choose the topics you want to cover, in consultation with your trainer. MasterMine trainers are dedicated to helping you get the most out of GoldMine CRM within the context of your particular way of using GoldMine CRM.
